Our help desk is staffed with trained technicians ready to take your call. No waiting on hold. No attitude. Usually they can solve your problem on the first call so you can get back to work quickly.

Guaranteed solutions. If we can’t solve your problem over the phone, we can get a tech onsite at your business, usually the same day.

Helpful hints for calling our help desk…

When calling the helpdesk, be sure to have a description of your problem. Things like “when is it happening” or “have you made any changes to your computer recently” are good to know. If your network connection is working, the helpdesk will usually be able to remotely connect to your computer via LogMeIn.

At your business…

Besides monitoring your network for problems and having a help desk ready to answer your questions, TFB has a team of technicians on our support staff. If we can’t fix a problem remotely we will come to your business. Some of our technicians spend their days across the Twin Cities at small businesses like yours, setting up new equipment, working with your technology vendors so you don’t have to and answering questions that start with, “How do I…”

We come to you. You’ve got better things to do with your time than haul your computer someplace to get it fixed. If we can’t fix it remotely we come to you.

About your Primary Technician…

As a TFB customer, you will have a primary technician who gets to know your computers and the people who work at your company. That technician will not just help you with problems but be there to help recommend solutions, research products and help deal with your other technology vendors so you can focus on your business. Think of the primary technician as your IT Director.
